Discern now offers the ability to download a list of your registrations. To download a list, log in to Discern and navigate to the Registrations tab. In the right corner, you'll see the option to download:
Once downloaded, you'll see the following fields in the .xlsx:
Account Name
Example: Leah's Chocolate Shop
Entity Name:
Example: Leah's Chocolate Shop, Inc.
Entity ID (number given by the state)
Example: 12345678
Jurisdiction:
Example: South Carolina
Standing
Example: Good/Not Good
Formation Date
Example: 1/1/2020
Type
Example: Domestic/Foreign
